Jerez to Japan

Are you in a travelling mood?

Let's take a journey from Jerez to Japan using Saichi Sparkling Hojicha Tea.

Build all ingredients over cubed or hand cracked ice in a wine glass, and stir gently to combine. Top with more ice, garnish then serve.

INGREDIENTS
50ml Manzanilla sherry
50ml Mediterranean tonic
80ml Saicho Hojicha

GLASS & GARNISH
Serve in a Wine Glass
Garnish with a lemon wheel
